# Request Magic Link

Email a magic link to the member for passwordless sign-in, creating the audience member if they do not already exist. `return_url` must be on an allowed origin. `data` is passed to `MagicLinkRequested` listeners, such as newsletter subscriptions. Rate limited to 3 requests per email per minute, shared with the browser endpoint.
